Ocean Engineering, Inc., a full-service civil engineering consulting firm, was founded in 2011 in Miami, Florida by Walter Lugo. After over a decade of working as a consultant for a global engineering firm, Lugo realized his dream of establishing a company that offers the expertise of a large firm, combined with bespoke customer experience at an affordable price.
Now in our second decade of serving South Florida in both the private and public sectors, our satisfied clientele include architects, real estate developers, private owners, corporations, and municipalities. We specialize in devising and implementing creative solutions for the unique drainage design challenges in South Florida. Some of the professional services we offer include design, permitting, and construction phase assistance for residential, commercial and roadway projects.
